William Thomas Sanders, 88, of Eustis, Florida, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023. Born in Umatilla, Florida, he has been a lifelong resident of Lake County. William was Owner and Operator of The Orange Car. He was of Methodist Faith and was a Life Member of the Elks Lodge. William enjoyed antique automobiles and working on his hot rods. He is survived by his Wife of 67 years, Barbara Joan (Weigel) Sanders of Eustis, FL; Son, William Thomas Sanders, Jr. of Eustis, FL; Daughter, Amy Ainslie of Umatilla, FL; 4 Grandchildren, Ashlee Burton, Gina Sanders, Kiersten Ainslie and Logan Ainslie; 4 Great-Grandchildren, Alexander, Kahlan, Paisley and Amelia; and by numerous extended family and friends, Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 3:00 PM. Interment will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home prior to the service from 1:30 PM till 3:00 PM.
