Roselle P. Noel passed away on May 27, 2016. She was born in Haiti and came to this area over twenty years ago. Roselle was predeceased by her husband James. She is survived by her children, Emmanuella (Michael) Noel, Wedlyne (Andresson Sylvain) Noel, Rodney (Rolandite) Noel, Wilmene Noel, and Walmene Noel, 10 grandchildren, sisters, Lumane, Marie-Lordes, Urgetter and Anne Marie. The family will receive friends in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Thursday, June 9th from 6 until 8 pm, funeral services will be held in the Umatilla Seventh Day Adventist Church on Friday, June 10th at 10 am, Interment will follow in Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, FL..
