Ronald George Decker's Obituary
Ronald George Decker born June 19th, 1935 passed away on September 28th in Mount Dora, Florida. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 37 years, Joan Decker, and five loving children, Mark L. Decker, Lisa L. Decker (Phillips), Ronald G. Decker, Susan L. Decker, Eric W. Decker and 11 grandchildren.
After high school Ron served honorably in the U.S. Air Force and served during the Vietnam War. He retired after 22 years of service. After leaving the Air Force he started working for the Defense Logistics Agency and assigned to the Picatinny Arsenal.
Ron and Joanie lived in Panther Valley, New Jersey and maintained a summer home in Chincoteague, Virginia. Eventually they moved to Mount Dora, Florida in 2003.
Ron always adored his dogs Bo, Sammy, Dolly and most recently Cookie. His wish always was in lieu of sending flowers, to please send a donation to:

Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, Oct 2 from 3:30 - 4:00 pm with a memorial ceremony starting at 4:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.
