Robert Maxey's Obituary
Robert L. “Bob” Maxey of Grand Island, Florida passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the age of 80 years. He was born in West Virginia. Bob worked in Real Estate, buying, selling and managing properties. He was a member of the Grand Island Baptist Church. Bob is remembered and will be dearly missed by his wife of 30 years, Rosemarie; daughters, Jean Brown and her husband, Greg of Kathleen, GA and Nîcole McKinney and her husband, Tim of Olive Branch, MS; sister, Wanda Conway and her husband, Lance of Decatur, AL; one granddaughter, Kelley Taylor of Colorado; and two grandsons, Carson McKinney and Camden McKinney, both of Mississippi. Friends are invited to gather for viewing on Thursday, October 23 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. A funeral ceremony will start at 2:00 pm on Friday at the Grand Island Baptist Church. A graveside committal service will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens in Eustis. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
