R A Driver's Obituary
R. A. Driver passed away on April 2nd, 2013. He was born in Mayo, Florida and moved to Central Florida at the age of 16. He was a retired grower, working at the nurseries in Sorrento for many years. R.A. was a member of the First Baptist Church of Paisley. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and was very knowledgeable about the lakes and woods of Lake and Volusia counties. He enjoyed reading the newspaper and was a good cook. He is remembered and will be dearly missed by his wife of 30 years, Barbara; brothers, Rayburn of Fort White, Georgia and Claude of Old Town, Georgia; sisters, Mattie of Perry, Florida, Sally of Mauk, Georgia and Corris of Perry, Florida. Friends are invited to gather for viewing on Friday from 2:00 – 3:00 PM with the funeral ceremony starting at 3:00 pm in the First Baptist Church of Paisley, with burial to follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis. Arrangements are entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, Tavares, Florida.
