Otis Sherfield's Obituary
Otis “Dutch” Sherfield 73, of Mid Florida Lakes, Leesburg, passed away on February 16, 2013. He was born in Dexter, Missouri and moved here from Newport, Rhode Island in 1989. He was Catholic. Dutch was a retired Chief Warrant Officer in the United States Navy, having served for 30 years, he also worked 15 years with the Lake County Fire Department. He is survived by his wife Patricia; they were married for 55 years. Also surviving are his daughters; Sally Raistrick of Nashville, Tennessee, Amy Griner of Leesburg and Betsy (Peter) Bersani of Albany, New York and his grandchildren; Christopher Raistrick, Tami Lacy, Zach Bersani, John Griner, Anna Bersani, Andi Griner and Mackenzie Bersani. Graveside services will be held in Lakeside Memory Gardens on Thursday, February 21st at 11 AM.
