Orell "Wayne" Vanover's Obituary
Wayne Vanover 65, of Grand Island, passed away on December 15, 2012. He was born in Harlan, Kentucky and moved here in 1999 from Michigan. He was a technical advisor for the Remy Corporation. He was a member of the Eustis Moose Lodge, the Am Vets Post 1992 of Mount Dora, American Legion of Lady Lake, Eagles of Eustis and the Army Navy Garrison of Tavares. Wayne is survived by his wife Shirley; they were married for 40 years. Also surviving are his sons; William (Hong Thi) Vanover of Mt. Morris, Michigan and Matthew Wayne Vanover of Grand Island, Florida, his siblings; Earl Wesley Vanover of Prudenville, Michigan, Nora Ann Dabbs of Hudson, Florida and Ellen Kay Vanover of Leesburg, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Graveside services for Mr. Vanover will be at 3 p.m. on February 15, 2013 at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, FL.
