Mrs. Marietta Chabot Ryon, 94, of Umatilla passed away Sunday, July 14, 2013. Born in Ironton, Ohio, she moved to Umatilla from Rome, NY in 1956. She was a homemaker, seamstress, a master quilter, poet and loved to read. Her greatest accomplishment and joy was her children and grandchildren. She was an angel on earth. She was a Methodist/Baptist. Survivors include sons: Richard (Hellen) Ryon, North Port, FL, William Ryon, Dandridge, TN; George (Debbie) Ryon, Umatilla, FL, Tim (Pat) Ryon, Eustis, FL; daughters: Susie (Don) Pexton, Umatilla, FL, Carol (Doug) Mumford, Ocala, FL; 16 Grandchildren; 22 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
