Luz Roman's Obituary
Luz Roman, 71, of Eustis, Florida, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012. She was born in Puerto Rico, and moved to central Florida from the Bronx, NY in 1995. She was a homemaker and loved music and dancing. She was a member and usher at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church in Eustis. She is survived by her daughters, Awilda Hernandez, Margarita Valentine, and sons, Lucas and Richard Valentin, brothers, David and Claudio Roman, and sisters, Arsenia and Beatriz Roman, as well as 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to a visitation at Hamlin Hilbish Funeral Home on Thursday, June 21 from 5-8 p.m. and on Friday, June 22 from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church in Eustis on Friday at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis.
