Mrs. Juliet Ray Locke, 42, of Umatilla passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013. Born in Kansas City, Kansas, she moved to Umatilla from St. Paul, Minnesota in 1984. She was a school teacher. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Umatilla. Survivors include her husband, Wesley Locke, Umatilla, FL; son: Jonah Locke, Umatilla; daughters: Karen Locke, Umatilla, FL; Samantha (Daniel) Gomez, St. Augustine, FL; Amber Locke, Atlanta, GA; father: Gerald (Linda) Dixon, West Palm Beach, FL; brother: Jevan (Kim) Dixon, Boulder City, NV; grandfather: Almon Dixon, Grand Island, FL; and 2 grandchildren.
