Joseph G. Davis' Obituary
Joseph G. Davis, Jr., age 77, of Leesburg, FL passed away on Friday, March 29, 2013. He was born October 17, 1935 in Barrington, NJ and moved to Lake County in 1991. He retired after 39 years of service with the Camden County Park Commission as a superintendent and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved golf and softball. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Patricia A. Davis of Leesburg, FL; son, Joseph G. Davis, III and his wife, Elizabeth of Land O Lakes, FL; grandson, Daniel Davis of Land O Lakes, FL. He was preceded in death by his sister, Jane Davis Speno. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 11:00AM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All Pro Dad at www.allprodad.com/page/make-a-donation .
