Jack M. Edwards' Obituary
Jack M. Edwards 78, of Apopka, passed away on May 5, 2013. He was born in Arthur, Nebraska and moved to Central Florida in 1957. He was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry and an ordained minister. Jack was a Veteran having served in the U. S. Navy during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife Emily; they were married for 41 years. Also surviving are three children; David Edwards of Hernando, Florida, Theresa Edwards of Mount Dora and Andrea (Donny) Watson of Grand Island, 15 grandchildren, one great grandchild and his brothers; Gordon Edwards and Johnny Edwards both of Washington. Jack was predeceased by two children; John Russell Edwards and Raymond Edwards. Funeral Services will be held in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Friday, May 10th at 11 AM with Pastor Donald Kearney officiating, interment with military honors will follow in Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis. The family will receive friends for 9 AM until the funeral hour.
