Irene M Brinkman's Obituary
Irene Mae Brinkman 88, Tavares, Florida, joined her husband, Carl
Brinkman on August 15, 2020 in Eustis, Florida. She was born in East
Liverpool, Ohio. Irene was a Wife, Mom to Dennis Brinkman (Doris),
and Beverly Bradford (Charles) and Grandma, Old Grandma and Oma to
Amy Fortenberry (Alan), their children Aaron, Addison, and Aaron, Kelly
Stienke (Kevin) and their children Kreighton and Kannon, Tracie Howell
and her children Cody and Payton, Eric Bateman (Wendy) and their
children, Colton, Isiah and Olivia, Keri Haines (Pat) and their children
Caroline and Carson, Lauren Ilgenfritz (Ryan) and their children Oliver
and Ivy, Nathan Bradford (Kate) and soon to be their daughter Eleanor.
Irene also worked at Channel 2 WESH tv station for three or four years
and also taught cake decorating. Irene lived in Lake Frances Estates
where she had and enjoyed many friends and activities. She loved
cooking and baking. Her favorites were sauerbraten, Knadles, potato
pancakes (poofers), pies and horsebones. We don’t know why they are
called horsebones but she made with left over pie dough, lots of butter,
cinnamon and sugar and they were a family favorite.
