Hideko K Moore's Obituary
Hideko K. “Heidi” Moore of Tavares passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at the age of 90 years. She was born in Tokyo, Japan. She met her late husband, Gene while he was in the Air Force stationed in Japan and immigrated to the United States. They moved to this area from Dover, Delaware in 1971. Gene passed away in 1987 after 36 years of marriage. Heidi formerly attended Trinity Church in Eustis and worked in the nursery during the Wednesday and Sunday services, watching the children. She is remembered and will be dearly missed by her son and daughter-in-law, Steven Ray and Alice Moore of Mount Dora; daughter, Helen Robertson of Colorado; grandchildren, Rachel (Kevin) McGhee of Mount Dora, Michelle (Jason) DePriest of Clarksville, Tennessee, Steven A. ( Cassie) Moore of Ambler, Pennsylvania and Sara Moore of New York City; as well as 6 great-grandchildren.
