Kathy and Clint,
There are no words to express how sad this news is.
I don't know if you would remember but I actually did business with Freddy back when he was a Millers manager and I was a Gallo salesman with Grantham Wine Co.
It was amazing how much business we did because Freddy was always ready to be a PARTNER with the suppliers.
And then we landed at Haddon House together for my 14 years with the company.
He was one of a handful of the hardest and most committed workers I ever saw in my 40 years in the business.
In 14 years we only had one semi-serious "argument".
Freddy had to go with me to Sarasota to work for a few days and he never liked being away from home overnight.
He got on me a little bit because he thought I wasn't pushing the crew hard enough to get him off the road and home to YOU. I knew how to get back on his good side.
Typical Freddy...a nice meal at one of his favorites...1st Choice BBQ in Brandon and he was completely at peace. My friend Tim is a BBQ lover but I have told him I knew one guy who loved it more than him. I always told people that Freddy probably puts BBQ sauce on cereal.
I am tearful and hoping that you are healing.
Last Friday God came calling....and he took home one of his finest sons.
I can only add my highest compliment.....
Freddy....you were ALWAYS ....one of the good guys.
Rest In Peace friend....you sure earned it.
