Frances M. Randall, 99 of Umatilla, FL passed away on January 12, 2013. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Umatilla in 1919. She was the owner and operator of Randall's Wax Works. Survivors include her daughter, Margaret Bird, daughter in law, Charlotte Randall, stepchildren Elden Randall, and Mary Ellen Bowles, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.. She was predeceased by her son Frank Randall, and stepchildren, Carl Randall and Henri Teuton.
