Edwin Hernandez's Obituary
Edwin Hernandez 54, of Eustis, passed away on October 2, 2014. He was born in Puerto Rico and moved here in 1993 from Bronx, New York. Edwin was a self-employed mechanic, a member of St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church and the Tropical Jeep Club. He is survived by his wife Awilda; they were married for 34 years. Also surviving are his children; Gabriel (Trisha) Heredia, Edwin (Carla) Hernandez, Steven Hernandez and Jonathan (Odalys) Hernandez all of Eustis, brothers; Agapito Hernandez and Hector Hernandez of Puerto Rico and Tono Hernandez of Massachusetts, sisters; Susana Hernandez of Puerto Rice and Ana Esther Hernandez of New York and his grandchildren; Isabel Hernandez, Jonathan Hernandez, Luis Vasquez, Iko Rodriguez, Izeiah Hernandez, Sophy Heredia and Eddie Hernandez. The family will receive friends in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Tuesday October 7th from 3 until 8 PM; there will be a Vigil Service at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church of Eustis at 10 AM on Wednesday, October 8th, interment will follow in Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis.
