David Lee Armstrong's Obituary
David Lee Armstrong 85, of Mount Dora, passed away on February 6, 2016. He was born in Springfield, Missouri and moved here in 1957 from Washington, D.C. David was the retired Production Manager for Golden Gem Growers of Umatilla having worked there for 33 years. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving during the Korean War era. He is survived by his step children; Susanne Sydow Kilgo of Hendersonville, North Carolina, Sandra Sydow Terry and Donald W. Sydow both of Mount Dora, five granddaughters and seven great grandchildren. David was predeceased by his wife Carroll McHie Armstrong in 2014, they were married for 35 years, his first wife Marilyn, his parents; Malcolm St.Clair Armstrong Sr. and Eunice Ellen Grisby Armstrong and two brothers; Franklin R. Ribbnicker and Malcolm St. Clair Armstrong, Jr.
Graveside memorial services will be held in Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis and announced at a later date.
