Anastasia Grace Melville's Obituary
Anastasia Grace Melville, our miracle from God, fell asleep in the Lord on Friday, July 19, 2024, at the age of one. Anastasia was born with Down syndrome and a congenital heart defect. She experienced many health challenges during her short life and was so strong and brave. She always had a smile on her beautiful face and radiated pure joy. Anastasia shared a special bond with her big sisters, Savannah and Bridget.
Anastasia was preceded in death by an unborn twin sibling and her maternal uncle Steven Kerr. She leaves behind a legacy of love and courage, carried on by her devoted parents, Eddie and Gina Melville of Tavares; her adoring sisters, Savannah and Bridget; her grandparents, Keevan & Colletta Adkison of Eustis, and Ed & Kristin Melville of Sorrento; her great-grandmother, Glenna Mervosh of Pittsburgh; and her aunt, Emily Melville of Oviedo.
Anastasia’s family would like to give a special thank you to the PICU doctors and nurses at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. We will be forever thankful for their wonderful care of our precious girl.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Friday, July 26 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM in the funeral home. Church service will be Saturday, July 27 at 10:00 AM at St. Andrew Antiochian Orthodox Church of Eustis. Interment will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis.
