Alma Lee Hobbs' Obituary
Alma Lee Hobbs 74, of Mount Dora, passed away on March 8, 2015. She was born in Graceville, Florida and moved to this area in 1960. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Eustis and along with her late husband, Jim, was active in the music ministry there. She was a retired accounts receivable clerk for Florida Hospital Waterman. She was predeceased by her husband Jim in February of this year. Alma is survived by her children; Douglas (Theresa) Oates of Longwood, Kathy Oates of Tavares, Anne (Derek) Shepard of Eustis, Tony Oates of Charlotte, North Carolina and Lisa (Danny) McGoldrick of Brooksville, Florida, her siblings; Jim Skinner of Tampa, Annie (Eulas) Williford of Altoona, Mary (Archie) Lambert of Altoona, Beth (John) Walter of Valrico, Florida and Lovie (Bob) Mahair of Dunnellon Springs, Florida, ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. The family will greet friends in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Friday, March 13th from 5 until 7 PM. Graveside services will be held in Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis at 10 Am Saturday, March 14th.
