Norma Jean Hackworth, 84, of Silver Springs, Florida, passed away onTuesday, November 18, 2014. She was born in Mt. Sterling, KN and moved to Umatilla in 1974 and then to Silver Springs in 2014. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Umatilla. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her sons William (Kelly) Hackworth, Silver Springs, FL., Ernest Hackworth, Jr. Venice, FL, brother Bill Rice, Las Vegas, NV, sisters, Pauline Wells, Lake Placid, FL, Betty Allen, Jacksonville, FL and 3 grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at Beyers Funeral Home, Umatilla, Florida on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 1 pm, with burial to follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, Florida.
